Engage the body



Concerning Laughter Yoga:  Dr. Kataria, its creator, says “Don’t worry if you can’t laugh, just bring your body to the laughter club and it will know what to do.”

Laughter Yoga is an exercise routine, a laughter workout.  We get physical.  We shake hands and laugh.  We do hi-5s and laugh.  We slap our knees and laugh.  We even do bumper cars and laugh.  We play  - engaging our bodies.  And the laughter follows.
