This is Jack Carroll – a 14 year old comedian with cerebral
palsy.Talk about using laughter

is 14 and he already has the wisdom to turn his disability into a gift.He says “Maybe I can bring some joy to

We had a beautiful 5 year old at the
laughter club this month! So precious and honest about it all. She would fall on the floor
laughing in the middle of the circle of adults!!!
I told her she reminded me of my
deceased dog Lily, who used to sit in the middle of the circle of adults. I started my
very first laughter club long long ago in my basement so she got to participate as well.I assured our 5 year old that this was a
compliment.Lily loved the energy we

fired her therapist, who was pushing her to go on medication, and instead

appreciated the break from crying.
He was just being himself I imagine, using his quick wit in
response to the current situation.It was a friend’s father I met briefly during this friend’s short stay
in the hospital.The rest of
the family would take the usual amount of time to get to know and connect
with.But in the instant of a
laugh I was able to connect with this person in no time at all.
